Are you an Intelligent person or Wise person?

In nature, if you can observe, green grass has the wisdom to bend to the direction of the wind that blows.

Another Analogy is a small child who is thought about not touching the fire which burns will only understand once it experiences the burn. Does this make you think the child is stupid or was it waiting for wisdom?

Intelligence is the ability to acquire and apply knowledge and skills.

Intelligence is the knowledge and application of that knowledge. Wisdom is seldom acquired and refined from experience.

An intelligent person always learns from the mistakes of others and always observes others.

Intelligence can be used towards the positive side to get wisdom and at the negative side to perform the crime. Thus, as such intelligence has no value if it is not used to get wisdom.

Wisdom, which is directly associated with an experience, is a more complex ability. When we use wisdom, we’re using our rich history of experience to help us make a decision.

Intelligence is your HOW-power (your skill set) - the strategic combination of your experience, knowledge, innate, and acquired abilities, to solve problems.

Wisdom is your WHY-power (your value system) - the internal filter that enables you to select and focus on the problems that maximize your intelligence.

The wise man was someone who knew what the right choice was and always made it; to be the right choice, it had to be morally right; he was therefore always happy, knowing he'd done the best he could.

Wisdom is the right application of Intelligence.

1. An intelligent person knows when to speak whereas a wise person knows when not to speak. You can be smart from birth but can become wise only with experiences.

2. An intelligent man understands what is being said. A wise man understands what is left unsaid.

3. An intelligent person is aware of his abilities and is confident about them whereas a person with wisdom is aware of his weaknesses and stays humble to learn more.

4. Intelligence is roaming in the world to find yourself. Wisdom is roaming inside yourself to find the world.

5. Intelligence is taking up an insurance policy for your spouse. Wisdom is taking good care of your marriage.

6. Intelligence is the brain. Wisdom is mind.

7. Intelligence is making “best friends forever”. Wisdom is knowing there is no such thing as “best friends forever”.

8. Intelligence is having opinions. Wisdom is accepting other opinions.

9. Intelligence is in establishing new relationships. Wisdom is in putting effort into keeping them.

10. An intelligent man freely gives unsolicited advice. A wise man keeps his counsel until all options are considered.

11. An intelligent man preaches. A wise man reaches.

Knowledge is having information.
Intelligence is using it to your advantage.
Wisdom is being true to yourself in the process.

Knowing others is intelligence, knowing yourself is true Wisdom - Lao Tzu

Keep smiling. 😊😊
